Negotiate Capacity based Power Purchasing Agreement

An investor in energy in Kenya can sell energy only to Kenya Power in charge of transmission, distribution and retail of electricity. The contract with Kenya Power is the Power Purchasing Agreement, which stipulates the price, technical specifications, risk allocation, rights of obligations of the parties, etc.
